Wellhung was born when I took my family on holiday to Italy to find that when we checked into our rooms and started unpacking our clothes there was an insufficient number of hangers for all our clothes.
Strangely, we discussed this over dinner looking for a solution!
I am the owner of Boxes Etc… designers and suppliers of cardboard boxes to retailers, ecommerce and strong in the drinks packaging arena so knew a thing or two about recycled products especially cardboard.
When we make cardboard boxes there is a % of waste as we cut out from sheets of board. This waste is sent to recycling and re made into boxes, a circular flow!
Why not take that waste, press into a solid board material and die cut coat hangers.
And there the story began…
We now make 100,000’s of ’Wellhung’ branded hangers and supply over a number of ecommerce platforms as well as custom branding for Leading Retailers, Hotel Chains even the NHS and Prison Services!
